We provide diagnostic assessment, medication management, psychotherapy, yoga therapy and mindful movement classes, reiki, massage, nutrition, and much more for a range of mental health concerns and diagnoses. Yin Yoga is a practice that can help reduce anxiety, depression, irritability, pain, and can help improve functionality. It is focused on functional movements and breath work, rather than flow, but the postures can be wonderfully challenging.

We do not accept MassHealth/Medicare/Medicaid at this time. ​Co-pays or deductibles are due at time of visit. Please check with your insurance company if you have any deductibles for psychiatry.

Psychiatry Staff:

$425 for an initial child evaluation, $265 for follow-up sessions. 

$400 for an initial adult evaluation, $230 for follow-up sessions

 

Mental Health Clinician/Therapy-Only Staff:

Intake (2 part session): $220 Each Session

Follow-Up Sessions: $170
